This impressive hunting area of 180,000 hectares stretches along the Limpopo and Shashe River borders, adjoining South Africa and Botswana. It represents one of Africa’s most diverse and game-rich ecosystems, where nature remains raw, powerful, and completely authentic.
The area is especially renowned for its excellent leopard population, along with a rich variety of antelope species, crocodiles, hippos, and – most notably – a very strong and healthy elephant population. Elephant hunting here is truly exceptional. With such a dense population of bulls, hunters often encounter multiple mature elephants daily while searching for the right trophy. Ivory sizes typically range between 30 and 45 lbs, reflecting a strong and well-managed population.
The area also includes the exclusive 22,000-hectare private Nottingham Estate, located within the Beitbridge region. This property is particularly famous for producing outstanding leopard and bushbuck trophies, making it a highly valuable addition to the concession.
Accommodation consists of small brick cottages nestled under large, shaded trees. Each hunter enjoys a private bungalow with a comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom – everything needed after a rewarding day in the bush.
At the dining area, guests can enjoy meals overlooking the Limpopo River, while the sun sets over the horizon. Evenings are spent around a small fire, sharing safari stories and soaking in the atmosphere of true Africa.
