Partner in Gorno Altai

Our partner in the Gorno Altai is a local outfitter who we have had the pleasure of working with since 2011. Their headquarters are in Gorno Altaisk, and as well as hunting, they organize many other tours for visiting tourists including trekking, mountaineering, riding etc. They have a number of different base camps from which they hunt.  We have had an exceptionally good relationship with them since 2011, and our hunters visiting here have been very satisfied with all aspects of the hunt and accommodation.

On arrival you will be met by an English speaking guide/interpreter, who will help with customs and weapons clearances and other immigration formalities. You will then start off on your long transfer to the hunting district. The first few hours will be spent in a comfortable 4-wheeled vehicle on good roads, once you reach the smaller and narrower roads/tracks you will often transfer to a more capable all-terrain vehicle to bring you to the hunting district. After your hunt our partner will of course take care of your transfer back to Novosibirsk, where you will normally spend the night before your journey home the next day.
